About Our Practice
- Diversified Rehabilitation Group Inc. offers psychological help including mental health recovery programs in Kelowna, BC.
- Traumatic Stress Recovery Program - 5 weeks (TSRP) is for individuals suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This program includes multi-disciplinary clinic services. We have separate programs for General Public and First Responders.
- Our five (5) week TSRP residential program is offered in Kelowna, BC, and is also available to outpatients. The maximum number of participants is six individuals per group.
- The TSRP program includes scientifically supported treatments like Self Regulation Therapy (SRT), Biofeedback, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while offering a strong educational component to assist participants in understanding their experiences. The TSRP also includes: Art Therapy, Pet Therapy, Yoga, Mindfulness, and Cardiovascular activities.
- Feedback, from our TSRP graduates, demonstrates an extremely high level of client satisfaction and program effectiveness in overcoming and addressing PTSD symptoms.
- Anxiety & Depression Recovery Program - 10 Days (A&DRP) focuses on providing individuals with the skills and resources to overcome the difficulties related to anxiety and depression symptoms and triggers. The program is 10 days in duration, followed by 4 weeks of Post-Treatment Support. Clients participate in intensive individual and group therapy treatment, psycho-education, mindfulness, yoga, physical and leisure activities while having an opportunity to relax.
- We also offer individual, couple and family counselling.
