- DR. JAKES DEKKER
- MEDICAL DIRECTOR & OWNER
- Dr. Jakes Dekker, MD, graduated in 1991 from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, as a general physician. He completed a post-graduate diploma in anaesthesia at the University of Pretoria before immigrating to Canada in 1998. In 2012, he received certification in dermoscopy from Cardiff University, Whales, followed by a post-graduate diploma in dermatology in 2014, and has received special merits from Cardiff University for knowledge in light-emitting technologies. Dr. Dekker’s current work is mainly in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. He is a member of the International Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (IAPAM) and the Canadian Society of Phlebology, where he has completed a post-graduate fellowship in 2018. Dr. Dekker also serves as an examiner for the Medical Council of Canada, as a preceptor for current medical students and serves the flying community as a Civil Aviation Medical Examiner, registered by Transport Canada.
- MEGAN
- LPN & CLINIC MANAGER
- Megan, LPN, graduated with honours in 2012 from Georgian College, Ontario, as a practical nurse. Shortly after graduating, she relocated to Alberta, where she joined the Ageless Living team in 2013, which was CLMC Skin Wellness at the time. Megan has completed extensive training and certification in the fields of dermatology and aesthetic medicine, including cosmetic and filler injections, assessment and treatment of varicose and spider veins, and the application of light-emitting technologies, like intense pulsed light (IPL) and laser treatments. She has also completed training in the recognition and treatment of chronic migraines, myofascial syndromes and spasticity disorders as well as in lactation management. Megan is qualified as a Certified Aesthetic Consultant, a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and is the only nurse in Alberta who is a member of the Canadian Society of Phlebology.

- MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN
- Charlene, Medical Aesthetician, graduated in 2000 from MC College, Edmonton, as an Aesthetician. In 2012 she graduated with honours from the well acclaimed European Institute of Esthetics, as a Medical Aesthetician. Charlene joined the Ageless Living team (formerly CLMC Skin Wellness) in 2012. Subsequently, Charlene returned to the European Institute of Esthetics and obtained her Certified Clinical Laser Technician designation. She has extensive knowledge with regards to skin care regimens, skin care products, and expert knowledge in commonly found skin care ingredients that should be avoided. Charlene regularly attends continuing education seminars and in-services, including hands on training to bring you the latest in medical aesthetics and best practise protocols.
